Feelin' the Trail

Today was sunshine without the heater again, so I wanted to hit the trail with daddy.  Before we could go out, though, we had some work to do.

First, I helped daddy with the laundry:  

              I sort and daddy folds

     Then, I tried crawling with Roomba

             Then it was trail time!

We stopped to feel the different bushes 

     They were soft and dry and puffy

Hi, old friend!  You haven't changed a bit!

  Then we walked by Santa's workshop

   Let's go, big guy...lots of work to do!

  We found an apple tree with brave fruit

  They were smooth, but seemed tired

     That's all water under the bridge!
